SEATTLE GUITAR LESSONS WITH TIM SHERMAN
Welcome!
                    Tim Sherman has been helping guitar students realize their goals on the instrument since 1987.  When it comes to choosing a guitar instructor, I believe reputation and experience are the two most important factors.
   
    I have been teaching guitar professionally to children, teens and adults for over two decades in Seattle. This year marks my 25th anniversary of music education in the North Seattle community.  In addition to Seattle, I currently offer lessons for students in the Woodinville / Northshore area as well. My lessons are are one-on-one sessions taught in professional music studios and designed for the way each individual student  learns--no cookie cutter methods. I also teach each student with the music  he or she enjoys.
Each child, teen, or adult learns differently and has different goals for the guitar.  My experience has shown a student gets the most out of music and practices more when individual learning abilities and musical tastes are respected. 

      Whether your preference is electric or acoustic, pop, rock, blues or jazz;  whether you are interested in sight-reading , soloing, theory, tablature, or strumming chords for sitting around the campfire, I promise to make your guitar lessons a happy experience. And, as always, beginners welcome!
