LESSON PRICES AND ATTENDANCE POLICY      

                          The monthly cost for guitar lessons is a flat tuition fee of $!35 for lessons in Seattle. Due to increases in studio fees the cost is slightly higher in Woodinville at $140 per month. This amount covers four weekly half-hour lessons per month. Payment is due on the student's first lesson day of the month. Paying the monthly tuition reserves your regular weekly lesson slot. Students are expected to pay on time and be in attendance for all four lessons.  Credit cannot be given nor any refunds made for missed lessons. The lessons cannot be structured as an optional drop-in service. I am charged rental rates by the music store for the time slot whether the student shows up or not.

     However, please keep in mind that I never charge students extra when there are five lesson days in a month instead of four. If a student misses a lesson they may make up one lesson per fiscal quarter on the fifth lesson day as it occurs. If a student has attended all their lessons they may use the fifth lesson day as a free lesson with my compliments.
     In the event of a serious medical or family emergency, I will consider offering a make up lesson to the student. Make ups are solely at the teacher's discretion and limited to availability.

        Gift certificates are now available for purchase. Simply call or e-mail me with your name, the amount of lessons you are purchasing ( the minimum is two lessons for $67 ), and as soon as payment is received I will mail you your gift card or leave it for you to pick up at one of my teaching locations. Payment for gift cards may be made in person or by mail. Please contact me for details.
